I called to discuss an issue with my policy and felt disrespected. When I asked to speak to the CEO's secretary, I was directed to a man who was very rude. He accused me of being rude to the operator, although I only asked to be connected to the CEO's secretary. After being a customer for 30 years, I was disappointed with the treatment I received. The company's customer service was truly terrible.
