KBS IT Solutions Customer Service Issues

I appreciate the machine, but I am frustrated. The recipe book includes bread types not in the 17 Menu Options. Trying to make Greek Bread failed as there was no specific setting. I used Soft Bread setting but it made noise and moved. Sesame seeds were everywhere except on the loaf. No recipes are provided for the options. The [redacted] number was hard to find and the representative struggled to understand my issue. I declined a $[redacted] rebate offered. Waiting to hear from John from the recipe book. I only trust making Soft Bread for now. Unsure of which recipes are suitable. Afraid to damage the machine. Customer service needs improvement. Feeling extremely frustrated. Hello, I really hope someone can assist us. I work for KBS GRY2 in Goodyear, AZ. We have a new manager, but it seems like she does not know how to do payroll. My husband has been working at the same warehouse GRY2 in Goodyear, AZ since June 18, [redacted], and still hasn't been paid. We are supposed to get paid on Friday, August 4, but we can't see what we are getting paid on our Workday app. There are four employees so far who are missing pay. Additionally, we are also short on overtime pay. Thank you so much. We really appreciate it if you could investigate. We also believe our previous manager was involved in fraudulent activities related to our hours and pay.
