I bought a refurbished computer from Walmart, and unfortunately, it's not working properly. The tower starts running loudly and doesn't respond to the power button. We bought it in January [redacted] but haven't used it much. Walmart says we need to reach out to you to resolve this. We hope you can assist in replacing it with one that functions correctly.
Thank you,
Kirk & Debbie Schaub

Hello,
I purchased an HP EliteBook [redacted] G1 12.5" Laptop from Amazon a few weeks ago. Recently, when I press the power button, the laptop fails to boot up. The screen remains black, but the fan spins quickly. I've attempted to reboot with no success. After some time, it starts working again, but it's currently unresponsive for the past two days. I suspect there might be a hardware issue. Can you assist me in either returning or exchanging it? Or could someone help with repairing it? I have attached photos of the product information. Please respond promptly with the next steps. Thank you.
Best,
Ken

On October 2nd, [redacted], I purchased a refurbished Dell OptiPlex [redacted] desktop PC with an Intel Core i7-[redacted] processor, 8GB of memory, and a 2TB hard drive with Windows 10 Pro. Upon receiving the PC, I couldn't activate Windows due to a missing product key. I contacted Joy support, and they provided me with a product key, resolving the issue. I encountered a problem playing a DVD movie, which I was able to resolve with assistance from the sales department, who guided me on how to play DVDs. A colleague helped me download the necessary software to watch DVD movies. I've observed that the 2TB hard drive is noisy when I turn on the unit; any thoughts on this? Thank you for your help with the 2TB hard drive.

I purchased a reconditioned Dell laptop about 10 days ago. It keeps reporting that there is no operating system. When I reboot, it goes to the F1, F2, F5 screen. After running a blue screen analysis, it finds the operating system and reboots, but then the issue happens again. It comes back momentarily after every 3 to 4 power downs. Newegg, the insurance company, and Microsoft are all saying it's not their problem, so it seems like I'm left alone to deal with this issue, and it's quite frustrating.

I am experiencing an issue with the touchpad on my Dell laptop. It seems that the touchpad is not being recognized by the computer. Previously, I had access to the "Dell Touchpad" application where I could manage all my devices, including the touchpad, but now it's missing from the system. Even in the computer settings, I am unable to locate the option to select touchpad preferences. Upon checking the "Dell Touchpad" application, I noticed a warning icon related to the touchpad under the hardware section. The details indicate that the manufacturer is ALPSALPINE, connected to the PS/2 mouse port, and shows an error message "(Code 10) - This device cannot start". In the device events log, there are timestamps starting from 3/17/[redacted] mentioning events like "Device Migrated", "Device configured", "Device install requested", and "Device started". Unfortunately, when attempting to contact customer support to address this issue, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this touchpad problem, whether it requires hardware or software troubleshooting.

I am reporting an issue with the touchpad on my Dell E7470 laptop (Order Number BBYTX-[redacted]97). The touchpad integrated into the computer is not functioning correctly, leading to a recognition problem by the hardware. The Dell Touchpad application only shows the mouse as a device, and the touchpad tab is missing from the computer's settings. In the Dell Touchpad application, under the hardware tab, the touchpad displays a warning icon with the status "This device cannot start. Code 10." Further details indicate the manufacturer as ALPSALPINE and the device status as "The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device." Several events in the events tab date back to 3/17/[redacted], mentioning device migrations and configurations. We attempted to contact tech support for assistance, but they were unavailable. We seek guidance on resolving this issue to have the Dell touchpad recognized by the computer again. Thank you.
