I recently hosted my son's birthday party at Jollibee B Aquino Drive in Iloilo City on December 5, [redacted]. During the booking process, I requested a P500 discount if we spent P12,[redacted] on food. I was assured by the manager that we could avail of this discount by presenting a coupon on the party date. However, after settling the P12,[redacted] bill post-party, I noticed the discount was not applied. Upon calling the branch the next morning, the party coordinator, Miss Love, mentioned she would discuss the matter with the manager and get back to me. Despite no response that day, I followed up and learned Miss Love was out of the office.
Subsequent attempts to reach out for updates on my refund were met with delays. It wasn't until December 8, [redacted], that Mr. John informed me they couldn't provide the P500 refund due to completed transaction processes. This lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue left me feeling it was unfair and reflected poorly on their customer service. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to prevent dissatisfaction among customers in the future.

I am concerned about the PWD discount. I have been using my ID for a long time and I always eat at various fast-food restaurants and I always use it. Even when I buy a package meal, I still get my discount as it is a privilege from the government. However, for the first time that I bought a package meal at Jollibee Remedios Malate, they did not give me the correct discount. They went through my package meal in detail and that's when they deducted less from my bill, which surprised me. I will pay my bill and I am not asking for special treatment as a PWD, but in that situation, it made me feel pitied. At other branches of Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Max's, etc., I receive a discount on the amount of my package meal and they should not make it difficult for themselves to deduct the price of the food like what happened at Jollibee Remedios Malate. It's tempting to report Jollibee. Especially you, Ms. Tin Pasaoa, making me feel ignorant. Jollibee won't suffer even if they give us a 50% discount. I hope there will be some action taken here.

I'd like to bring to your attention an incident at your Venice Piazza branch. My coworkers and I took a break and went to Jollibee due to our cravings. We were pleasantly surprised to see that we could place our orders through the big LCD/POS screen and pay either at the counter or with cards. After paying, we received a claiming stub number and waited for our number to appear on the screen. Since one of my colleagues was new to this system, they took our order before it was completely processed by your crew, probably because we were hungry and only had that particular order. Due to the numerous orders being handled, one of your crew members (Kenneth) - who is a cashier and part of the LGBTQ+ community - became rude and asked why the order was taken before it was finished, giving the receipt to my colleague in a dismissive manner to get a drink.
While we understand our mistake, the disrespectful attitude towards us as customers is concerning. It's disappointing because that branch is where we usually eat since it's close to where we work in the same industry. We hope that your staff can receive training, even if it's just related to their attitudes. In the end, we couldn't finish the meal we bought because the experience left us disheartened.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the Jollibee Noveleta Branch. During a drive-thru lunch, we ordered chickenjoy leg parts but received ribs instead, despite being assured otherwise multiple times. Even after waiting an additional 5 minutes for the correct order, we still received the wrong parts. This has happened on multiple occasions, causing stress and disappointment. I reached out to the store manager, Ms. Julie Ann Banes, but the issue persists. I am reaching out to bring attention to these ongoing errors and the impact on customers. The cashier, named Jen Sarita, seemed irritated by my friend's interruptions. Despite the cashier's raised voice, I remained calm knowing the situation. After receiving my order, I discovered it was incomplete when I checked in the car. Upon returning to the store, I inquired about my missing tuna pie. The cashier admitted it wasn't on the receipt. I expressed my concern about the cashier's earlier attitude. He apologized, saying it was just his voice. I mentioned the missing receipt for the tuna pie, emphasizing the importance of issuing receipts according to the law. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Jollibee in Malabon City Square. They served me a Jolly Spaghetti without hotdog, which I found to be dry and lacking the usual ingredients. I immediately informed the crew, but was told that it was according to standard operating procedures. How is it SOP to serve it without hotdog? I simply pointed out that my spaghetti was dry and missing hotdog, which I can prove through a video of my meal. They insisted that this was the standard, making it seem like I was just making demands. I also work in the hospitality industry, so I understand how this should have been handled. I have a background in business administration, understanding my rights and privileges, as well as the business cycle. I usually dine at Jollibee Valencia, specifically the Jollibee drive-thru. It's concerning that you recently received a commendation for platinum quality service, but my experience today was far from that.
At 12:45, I called to order a meal for a consultative meeting with fellow teachers. Despite being informed the delivery would take 20-30 minutes, the order arrived promptly but was missing the rice we ordered. This caused a delay in our meal, eventually leading to one of my colleagues experiencing a severe headache due to the extended wait for food. Furthermore, while eating a mango pie that was given to us as compensation, a staple wire was found in the filling, which was quite disturbing.

I had a concerning experience with an employee at the Olongapo Gapan Road Guagua branch. Despite my attempts to signal her to wear her face mask correctly, she did not keep it on properly. I believe it is important for your employees to understand the importance of following safety protocols. The first incident occurred on June 3 between 7:10 am to 7:20 am during our breakfast drive-thru. The same issue happened again on June 8. I find it frustrating that despite my efforts to address this, the employee did not comply. I have a picture to provide evidence, but I am unsure how to share it here. I tried reaching out through Facebook Messenger but did not receive a response.

On March 24, [redacted], at approximately 12:54 am, I made a purchase on PayMaya Mall using PayMaya. After noticing by 1:42 am that my order hadn't arrived, I contacted Jollibee via email. They informed me that my order was canceled and assured me of a ₱[redacted] refund. Following up by email and checking my inbox at 3:00 am yielded no updates. Turning to Facebook Messenger, I messaged Jollibee about the issue. Despite checking for updates at 6:00 am and getting none, it wasn't until 12:00 pm that they replied on Messenger, requesting me to fill out a form to resolve the matter. As of now, unfortunately, I am still awaiting the full refund from Jollibee.

Hello. I work at SM Pulilan and I am a regular customer of Jollibee. I order daily, but I wonder why I always have to wait for 20-30 minutes. Others who order after me with the same order get served first. I overheard two cashiers making side comments like, "You should have said 40 minutes." When they told me 20 minutes and I agreed, they still made me wait. Since I was young, Jollibee has been my favorite, but for the past three weeks, I have been treated this way. I have never been rude to them. I am pregnant and getting really hungry waiting. If I order at 11:55AM, I receive my order at 12:30PM if I don’t approach them. These two cashiers are always the ones doing this to me. Even my coworker noticed because her order comes 10 minutes before mine, even though we order the same thing and I ordered first.

We ordered a deluxe meal with upgraded fries and drinks. The Coke float should come with ice cream, but when I asked a team member to add it, they refused unless I paid extra, which seemed unreasonable. The staff at Jollibee Maingate Clark were very impolite, especially the manager who handled our order. Her behavior was unacceptable, and she seemed indifferent to our concerns. This experience really affected our day off, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Redeeming share treats at Waltermart San Fernando Pampanga has been a frustrating experience for me. Upon visiting the store to redeem my share treats using GCash, I was asked to wait for about 30 minutes before being assisted. The manager informed me that I had to wait for all the walk-in customers to be served first, even though I arrived earlier. This treatment made me feel like a beggar. This has now occurred to me twice at this particular Waltermart branch. In contrast, the nearby branches have always treated me with courtesy. I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order on Feb 27, [redacted], at 4:55PM at the Jollibee store in Pagasa, Imus, Cavite. I had ordered 5 utensils for 5 persons but received only 1 spoon and 1 fork. When I raised this issue, Ms. Shells Alvarado mentioned the cctv footage showed 5 utensils being placed on the cart, which I found questionable. I request access to the footage to verify this claim.

I recently encountered an issue at the Jollibee Bagumbong Deparo branch where they were hesitant to apply the PWD discount and VAT exemption when I ordered food a la carte. Last night, we dined at one of your branches in Davao City. A friend of mine had an concern about the sound your device makes when claiming orders. She mentioned it sounds like the beeping in hospitals, which unfortunately reminds her of the pain she experienced while her late mother was hospitalized. The sound resembles the beeping in the ICU, triggering her trauma. While I find it convenient since it helps your staff not have to call out orders, hearing her perspective seems reasonable. I understand that other establishments also use similar devices, but is there another way to address this issue?

I want to file a complaint about the extra gravy for the burger steak at your Centro Cauayan City branch. I've been buying extra gravy for my grandson's rice to ensure there is enough to cover it, but recently, the size of the container was downgraded to a smaller size, similar to what is given for fried chicken but at the same price. I have visited other Jollibee branches this week in Alicia, Santiago City, and Ilagan City, and they still provide the usual larger size container for the gravy. Why is this change only happening at Jollibee Centro Cauayan City? The store manager mentioned that the smaller size is now the standard size for extra gravy for the burger steak at the same price. Could you please look into this matter?
