I received a voucher for two 3-night stays, one supposed to be at the beginning of this month starting on the 1st, and the other at the end of the month starting on the 15th. Unfortunately, when I tried to book due to a home flood, I couldn't find my coupon. The hotel staff couldn't locate any offers under my mychoice number, even though I received them. I suspect my Parrothead card might still be active since I haven't updated it since March. Margaritaville seems to have my details, but only the stays I've completed, not the upcoming offers. I'd appreciate assistance as the current situation is frustrating and I feel uncomfortable with staff doubting me. I made a reservation at Margaritaville Biloxi for five nights on 9/3/[redacted] through Expedia due to Hurricane Ida. However, on the morning of the 4th, I found out that my home's electricity had been restored. After speaking with the hotel manager, I was informed that I could check out early without any issues. Upon contacting Expedia, they reached out to the hotel to confirm this arrangement. Despite being assured that I would be refunded for the unused four nights, I later received an email from Expedia stating that the hotel would not reimburse me. The hotel manager insists that only one night was charged to Expedia. I am confused about the conflicting information and unsure of how to proceed in order to receive the refund as initially promised. Given the circumstances, I could have offered the room to friends in need. Thank you. Best, J.F.
