On Friday, I placed an order with Jameco for parts totaling $56.02. Unfortunately, I've been double charged for this order. Despite trying to contact them twice by phone and sending three emails, I have not received any response. I also left a message requesting the cancellation and refund of the entire order, including the duplicate charge which amounts to $[redacted].04. However, I still haven't heard back from them. I understand they might not work on weekends, but it's frustrating that they continue to take orders without providing a way to address weekend issues promptly. I need the refund to proceed with placing the order elsewhere.
