I am reaching out about the rose I purchased from your company. The rose I received does not match the description or what was promised by your staff. I have been a loyal customer for over 55 years, having ordered over [redacted] roses from you in that time, but this recent purchase, Rose Gypsy Soul HT OR, has left me disappointed. The Sales Order number is SO[redacted], with item number [redacted]. Although your warranty is 45 days, I received the rose on the 25th of May, which is close to the end of this period. I am requesting a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs or a replacement rose that meets my expectations. This rose has short stems and blooms poorly, so I plan to use it in a container on my patio due to my age. I had hoped for a full red rose like Mr. Lincoln Hybrid Tea Rose, Dark Night Hybrid Tea Rose, Double Delight Hybrid Tea Rose, or Summer Nights Hybrid Tea Rose. I have been familiar with Jackson and Perkins for many years and have always believed in their reputation for top-notch customer service. Recently, I have been experiencing difficulties trying to get assistance. Despite following the prompts online and calling the [redacted] number, I have not received any help. The recorded message mentions that during July and August, contact should be made via email. I have emailed about my problem multiple times with no response, even though the recording promised a prompt reply. The chat line suggested on the website turned out to be misleading as it connected me to a different support service that required payment, not affiliated with Jackson and Perkins. The lack of effective customer service has left me frustrated and disappointed. If my issue is not resolved soon, I will consider canceling my order. If it's too late to cancel, I may refuse to pay for the delivery. I prefer not to handle problems this way, but the inadequate assistance from Jackson and Perkins has forced me to take this action. I will provide my contact details again, but if I do not hear back, I will likely not do business with Jackson and Perkins in the future.

I placed an order for 3 Gemini roses on 03/30/23. I used a $75.00 gift certificate along with cash to pay for the roses. Upon opening the box, I found only 1 rose, which appeared to be in poor condition. I called to inquire about the missing roses and was informed they were on the way but have not received them yet. The single rose had a moldy smell and the tag was rusty, but I still planted it. Due to circumstances, I couldn't follow up sooner as my house suffered severe water damage. I am requesting to cancel the missing roses and receive credit to purchase other plants instead. I can provide a photo of the delivered rose if needed. I have a background in roses and have never had to complain before, having been a rose judge and consultant in the past. I hope we can find a resolution. Thank you for your assistance. T.W. I purchased some barefoot roses, but unfortunately, four of them died. I contacted the company, and they sent me a mandarin and Tree Welcome Home roses with buds. Following their instructions, I planted them, but after two days in water, the buds died, and there has been no growth. The trunk is turning black, and I am extremely disappointed. I usually buy from JP and have had good experiences, but this time has been a nightmare. I bought several roses for my new house, and this last shipment has left me very unhappy. 😭
