I recently experienced a significant customer service problem with Consumer Cellular. After being a loyal customer for three years, an unpleasant encounter with one of their representatives led me to switch to T-Mobile. While I was able to change my cell phone number promptly, Consumer Cellular has been withholding my home phone number for eight days now. It was a struggle to get through to their customer service, waiting seven days due to constant busy lines. When I finally spoke to a representative, they claimed that Spectrum had not requested to release my home phone number. They justified holding it by stating it was to protect my privacy. This situation has left me inaccessible to essential contacts like my employer at Pinellas County Schools, family, friends, doctors, and pharmacy. I recently had a terrible experience with Consumer Cellular when transferring data to my new phone at the Target store in Reynoldsburg, Ohio back in July [redacted]. After the technician supposedly transferred the data from the cloud, my phone was non-operational the next day. Consumer Cellular's Supervisor informed me that a step was missed, and even after attempting to fix it, only a portion of my data was successfully downloaded. Despite their claims of being the best, Consumer Cellular shifted blame to the subcontractor and Target store rather than taking responsibility. This experience tarnished Consumer Cellular's reputation among the 30 groups I communicate with. I have since switched to a different carrier and filed an FCC complaint, as the new phone was non-returnable after 30 days. Consumers should be cautious when considering their services. - Don B.

I have been a Dish customer since February, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Compared to my previous provider, Direct Tv, I have encountered more issues with Dish in just a few months. The customer service wait times can be as long as 25 minutes, and the representatives seem ill-equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively, often causing more inconvenience. Additionally, the quality of the equipment provided by Dish is subpar. I recently came across online ratings indicating that Dish only has a rating of 1.26 stars, which aligns with my own experience. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that it was not possible, and there is no corporate number available to address such concerns. This lack of escalation process makes me question how Dish defines good customer service.

I have been trying to contact Genesis Corporation for over six weeks now regarding my case number [redacted]8. They have not returned my phone calls. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of response and customer service. I own a GV 80, and I am struggling to find someone who can assist me. Can you kindly provide me with the name of a manager or a direct phone number that I can reach out to in order to resolve my issue with my GV 80? Thank you.
