I'm having an issue with the ringer on the Wall Phone Black I ordered (Product [redacted], Inventory identifier CET-AEGIS-[redacted]-BM). The ringer isn't loud enough, making it hard to hear from another room, especially at night. I'd like to return it for a refund rather than an exchange because I've already ordered a different phone with additional features. I've reached out to Walmart-isave for directions on returning it to my local Walmart. I attempted to print a return slip, but it requires a barcode number that I can't locate as there are no numbers at the bottom of the code. I'm looking forward to your prompt assistance. Thank you.

I received my order of a Black & Decker replacement battery, but also got VGO gloves I didn't order. When I called customer service, the agent was hard to hear and hung up when I asked for a manager. It's frustrating. How can I return the unwanted item without paying return shipping? I prefer to return it to a Walmart store due to limited time. I won't shop at Walmart online again.
