Irving Oil Customer Service Issues

On July 24, [redacted], I visited the Topsham Irving Oil to buy 2 adult beverages, 2 drinks, and a stuffed animal. I had my ID ready, but the clerk questioned its authenticity, stating it wasn't real. I then presented my old but valid license issued on 02/26/14, which the clerk also doubted, pointing out the change in appearance since I was 16-17 years old. Feeling humiliated, I was refused service. I have been using this old license for two weeks with the extension I received after renewal on July 2. Disheartened, I went to the Lisbon Rusty Lantern Irving nearby, explained the situation to the manager, who reassured me that the treatment at Topsham Irving was unjust. Afterwards, I managed to purchase what I needed without any issues. This experience left me feeling frustrated and I am seeking resolution for this unjust treatment.

I want to report a pricing issue at Inamesbury Station on [redacted]. The sign and pump both display $2.41, but I was charged $2.45. I informed the attendant, who was unhelpful. Hello, I purchased $75.00 worth of regular gas from Stratham Irving at 44 Portsmouth Avenue. After filling my boat's tank, I launched it only to have it stall after traveling a short distance due to water in the fuel tank. I contacted the station but have not received a callback from the manager as promised. I am disappointed by the lack of response and hope to hear from them soon. Thank you, Richard Rowe.
