Subject: Reversal of Final Invoice Request
Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to address the final invoice, DRKN014, that we recently received. Our service with your company concluded on 4-21-[redacted], and we made the decision not to renew our contract due to various issues. Despite promises made, the scheduling did not meet our expectations, and our attempts to reach our sales representative during the challenging times of Covid went unanswered.
When we requested the pickup of the bin, we encountered difficulties reaching a contact person, except when it came time for collection, which was a bit abrupt. We made no specific demands regarding the pickup time, only asking for a courtesy call beforehand.
Unfortunately, our experience with Iron Mountain did not align with our expectations, so we have transitioned to another vendor for our shredding needs. Our service concluded within the period covered by the final invoice (Inv: DNYV510).
Therefore, I kindly request that the final invoice be reversed, as we believe there is no outstanding payment to be made. We have made numerous attempts to reach out without success.
