On May 6, I placed an order for two watches. After calling the Invicta customer service number on May 12 to inquire about the shipping status, I had a negative experience with the representative I spoke to. Despite being informed that shipping usually takes 4-5 business days and my order would be shipped on the 14th, tracking only shows "processing" as of the 7th business day. I find it frustrating that I have not been able to obtain a clear answer. My order number is [redacted]86, and I am eagerly waiting for an update on the shipment of my watches.
