I received the following email from Australia Post in response to my inquiry about a recent parcel:
Subject: Update on Your Enquiry

Regarding the parcel with tracking number UO[redacted]51AU sent to:

Red Hill QLD [redacted]
Australia
Upon reviewing the tracking information, it appears that the parcel was returned to the sender's address on Monday, January 4, [redacted]. This return might have been due to an addressing issue. The reason for the return should be indicated on the parcel for the sender's reference. Now that the parcel has been returned, I suggest reaching out to the sender to investigate the cause and make arrangements for reshipment if necessary.
