I was working until yesterday on the early morning shift. On April 5th, between 1:45-3:00 am, there was an incident in the parking lot where my car was hit. Initially, I wasn't sure, so I didn't mention it. On the 7th, when I saw my car's grill hanging, I recalled the incident. I took a photo and informed Mrs. Paloma from the office. She mentioned that Charles, the plant manager, and Alexis from HR would contact me, but no one did. Eventually, Charles said he would look into it, and when I followed up, I was told it was out of their hands. I was directed to the union to view the footage. After discussing with the union representative, Charles claimed the footage couldn't be found. This led to misunderstandings with my supervisor, eventually resulting in my dismissal without any prior warnings. I am seeking assistance and clarification on this matter. Thank you.
