Good morning, I need assistance with InstaGC. I opened an account recently, and was surprised to find it locked with a message stating "Your Account is Locked." I contacted customer support about unlocking it, and was informed that the issue arises from my Paypal account being linked to a different country than my current location. Despite explaining that I originally signed up while in Lesotho and now reside in Rwanda, it appears my requests are not being received by their system. I am unsure how to proceed to resolve this matter.

I am having trouble accessing PayPal on InstaGC. To use PayPal, I need to redeem for a **$ gift card or higher, but when I try to do so, an error message asks for a support ticket. I've created a support ticket but still can't redeem, as it keeps requesting another support ticket. This seems confusing. I've been using InstaGC since January **, ****, consistently, and have tried to follow instructions to be active daily and complete tasks. Despite this, I'm unable to redeem anything. My goal is to access PayPal to make money and pay off debts. My simple request is to redeem for a **$ gift card to unlock PayPal, but the process is not working smoothly.

I've been using the site for a few months and have finally grasped how to navigate the platform, earning a substantial amount. However, I've encountered an issue with accessing the PayPal and direct deposit features. Despite creating a support ticket, my account's feature is locked, preventing me from withdrawing the money I've earned through hard work. I have submitted my ID and address for verification, but after two weeks, I'm still awaiting a response from InstaGC. This delay is concerning as I rely on these funds to address upcoming bills. I recently encountered an issue with accessing the reward system, even though I previously cashed out successfully. I reached out to support and provided my ID as requested. It has been four days since I submitted my ID, following all instructions, but I have not received a response yet. I understand there may be other tickets ahead of mine, so I am being patient and refraining from sending follow-up messages to avoid delaying the process. I am unsure if the delay means my ID was not accepted or if the support team is still reviewing it. I have read about cases where it took more than a week to receive a reply, so I am trying to remain patient. I am concerned about my $26 balance and would like to cash out soon. I hope to resolve this without causing any issues with my account.

My points have been frozen since June 16th. After reaching out via email, ayet stated they paid instagc for my completed offer. Despite multiple support tickets, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of the issue. I was informed three weeks ago that my points were on hold to verify payment from the offer wall. Payment was confirmed, but my points remain frozen, and support has been unresponsive.
