Insomniac Games Customer Service Issues

I am experiencing issues with Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart. Whenever I load my game, I keep falling to my death repeatedly without any chance to pause or restart the mission. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like restarting my PS5, removing and reinserting the disc, and even downloading the deluxe edition, but the problem persists. I have screen recordings documenting the issue. The game offers me the options to resume or load the game, but both lead to the same falling glitch. I have spent $[redacted] on this game, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer support to address this issue. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Hello, I purchased the Spiderman Miles Morales: Ultimate Edition and have been enjoying playing the Marvel's Spiderman Remastered included in it. Hello, I am a 17-year-old student from Albacete (Spain), and along with 2 friends, we are creating our own Ratchet and Clank fan game (non-profit). I would love for you to see it when it's finished to understand how much I love this franchise (my favorite game series) and the excitement it would bring to have the world know about it. I would like to suggest adding options for different times of day like morning, sunset, and night in the game. Additionally, there is an issue with Tobey Maguire's suit in Spiderman 2 where the cobwebs appear too white. Another error is with the parry/blocking mechanic: when selecting leg mechanics, the symbiote shows up. It would be great if you could include the black suit for collection purposes. Many players, including myself, would appreciate these changes as they can enhance the gaming experience and photo-taking opportunities.
