I am unable to dedicate more time to obtaining another degree, as the curriculum at colleges often includes irrelevant and outdated content not required in the IT industry. I have acquired my technical skills through coaching sessions with my engineering friends, despite holding a BSc in Science rather than a BTech degree. Good Evening, I, Aanchal, am currently pursuing B.Sc in Computer Science. I applied on naukri.com and received a call from monster yesterday. Subsequently, I was contacted by Infosys for verification, where I had to submit fees. Following an interview, I was selected, and security fees were collected twice. However, additional fees were requested, which I couldn't submit due to personal reasons. Upon requesting a refund, I was asked for more fees, which I paid. I was assured a refund within 15-20 minutes, but after waiting for 3 hours, I have yet to receive it. I was informed of a server issue, and now the office is closed. With difficulty, I paid the fees and seek assistance in obtaining a prompt refund. Kindly address this matter expediently.
