I have evidence proving the inaccuracy of your information, which I have brought to your company's attention. However, my attempts to seek resolution have been disregarded, resulting in the loss of my job opportunity. I purchased an ice maker from MJstore and have been in communication with them for three months regarding the non-receipt of my order. Recently, I received a package containing an ice shovel, which I did not order. Upon reaching out to the seller via email, I discovered it was a scam. The advertisement promised an ice maker at a discount, but the full description revealed that only an ice shovel was included. I feel cheated and want to report this scam. I am frustrated with being left with an ice shovel that I paid $20 for instead of the ice maker I expected. I am unsure how to return the item and get a refund.
