I have been a customer for a year with my current address on file. Recently, the autopay account details were changed without my consent. This resulted in an incorrect payment being made, leaving me responsible for a larger amount. To prevent further issues, a security password has been added to my account. I tried to press charges against the person who made the unauthorized changes, but was unable to due to a lack of support from the police. I urgently need this issue resolved as my family, including kids and pets, are suffering in the cold. Despite making a full payment on 2-16-[redacted], I have been left without heat. I expect timely and humane service, especially considering the circumstances. My trust in the company has been shaken by this incident, and I hope that corrective action will be taken promptly.
