I am Patricia Springer and I am reaching out regarding my experience with indiamatch.com. In the past, I was a paid member, but currently, I am not subscribed as I find the site changes confusing. I used to be able to access my views without a subscription, but now I am encountering difficulties with the robot verification process. The constant road sign prompts prevent me from accessing the site to browse as I used to. Additionally, I am struggling with password verification, even though my password is Pat12345. These issues started before March [redacted].
I kindly request assistance to resolve these problems so I can navigate the site without being a paid member, view my interactions, and browse freely. Please contact me at 1-[redacted] at your earliest convenience to address these matters and restore my previous user experience.
