Alternatively, cancel the entire order so I can reorder after receiving the refund. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I ordered The Tom Petty Anthology Box Set last night with Order # 1[redacted]-9480SA. I didn't realize that the set was supposed to come with an extensive multipage booklet. I have reached out multiple times through messages asking if the booklet is included but have not received a response yet. Unfortunately, I received the order without confirmation of the booklet. I am unable to return the item due to the current situation with the virus, and I am concerned about getting a refund. If this matter is not resolved, I will need to continue sharing negative feedback on social media platforms and other review channels until I receive a full refund.
