As a program buyer in the aerospace industry supporting Boeing programs, I recently contacted your company for pricing on materials. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone refused to assist me and directed me to do my own research online to find the appropriate contact. I was surprised by this lack of assistance and customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
