I bought shoes that can be returned, but there is no return paperwork included. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no response so far. The web ad said the boots can be returned, but the shipping document states otherwise. This is false advertising as the boots are much too big and need to be returned. The order number is Order#SR-[redacted], shipped on 11/25 and received today on 12/08.
