Hello,
I am an IKON customer with an LCD TV, Mixer, and Wet Grinder. In December [redacted], I purchased a Wet Grinder from LULU Darsait, Oman. Unfortunately, the plastic connected to the Roller and baffle broke. I took both parts to the LULU Al Khuwair service Centre in Muscat on 04-Jun-21. When I inquired about the spare part status on 10-Jun-21, the customer care informed me that it was not available and said they would notify the Company. After following up on 17-Jun-21, they were unsure if the spare part had been ordered or what the next steps would be. Despite being assured of good post-sale service, I am unsure if I will receive the service. I am eager for clear answers.
