Hyatt Place Customer Service Issues

During my stay at Hyatt Place Bricktown in Oklahoma City with a non-profit group, I found the rooms and facilities to be brand new and beautiful. The food served was exceptional, from breakfast and lunch to the bar food at night. I was particularly impressed with the woman in charge of the kitchen staff, who was kind and attentive to our needs all week. Miss B at the front desk was like a caring mama bear, making the mornings and days memorable with her warm personality. DeAndre, the bartender and cook at night, was entertaining and quickly made friends with everyone. Thomas, Luis, Amenica, and Khalida were all professional and kind, completing the great staff. Our whole group agreed it was the best hotel experience ever, feeling like a welcoming family or a scene from "Cheers." We'll definitely choose this hotel again whenever we have business in OKC.
