Hello, I am Mrs. Mohsin from Karachi, Pakistan, and I have an unresolved complaint that needs attention. Due to the lack of customer service in Pakistan, I am reaching out for assistance. I've been trying to contact Hush Puppies Pakistan regarding a pair of camel colored leather shoes I purchased for my husband on January 5, [redacted], from the Tariq road outlet in Karachi, Pakistan. Unfortunately, the right shoe had visible marks of use and folds, appearing to be a display item rather than new. Despite contacting the branch and visiting to exchange the flawed shoes, I faced challenges. The store had the same shoes on sale for Rs. [redacted], but denied me a full refund or an exchange due to the price difference. The customer service experience was disappointing and frustrating. I have a video documenting the issue and I am eager for a swift resolution. Thank you.

Subject: Quality Issue with Hush Puppies Shoes
To the Hush Puppies Team,
I am writing to report a quality issue with a pair of shoes I purchased at the Karstadt store. Unfortunately, the shoe department at the store was understaffed, and the team was unable to assist me. I do not have the receipt anymore, but the attached photos clearly show a nearly unused shoe with a significant sole break. The other shoe also exhibits signs of cracking. This seems to be a material or production flaw that should not occur in a quality shoe.
Since it appears that these breaks cannot be repaired and may occur in other areas as well, I kindly request a thorough assessment of the problem and suggestions for resolution. I look forward to your prompt response.

I purchased slippers from you in the fall, expecting a high-quality branded product. Unfortunately, after one winter season, these slippers are completely unusable. Please review the pictures and judge for yourself. I weigh 93kg, which should not be excessive for the shoes. I cannot imagine that this aligns with your quality standards.
