To whom it may concern at Hurley Customer Relations, I recently visited the Hurley store at West Palm Beach Outlet Center on February 18th. I attempted to use a 20% off outlet center coupon at the cashier but was informed it couldn't be applied. Despite my initial purchase of $[redacted], I discovered on February 20th during a revisit that the coupon should have been accepted. Upon explaining the situation during my second visit, the staff advised me that I could receive the 20% discount on my first purchase by presenting the receipt. Regrettably, I no longer have the receipt as I didn't anticipate needing it changed. However, I have my credit card statement as proof of payment. There seems to have been a misunderstanding with your employee as I did request to use the outlet discount initially. I am requesting reimbursement for the $80 discrepancy. I am willing to return to the store.
