I am a mother of 5 children, and all of them have been using Huggies diapers since birth. Currently, I have 2 children in diapers and I spend approximately $[redacted] per month at Sam's Club on diapers and wipes. Recently, the new Huggies Little Movers have caused a lot of issues. My child wakes up every morning soaked not only in her diaper but also her clothes and bed. This has led to a lot of extra laundry and even resulted in a rash on her stomach. Despite being very attentive and changing her in the middle of the night, she still experiences leaks every single morning. I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years, recommending Huggies to every parent I know. However, the decline in quality has greatly disappointed me. I will no longer support this company and will switch to brands like Pampers or Honest. I plan to share my honest opinion on various platforms to inform others about my experience.

I initially started using Pampers for my 9-month-old when he was a newborn. However, after trying out a box of Huggies size 1 that we received at a baby shower, I found the absorption and fit to be much better. We've been loyal to Huggies ever since. Unfortunately, over the past few months, we have been encountering roaches in the diapers. I initially thought it may have come from elsewhere, but after finding a roach folded in one of the diapers freshly opened from the pack, I realized this is a recurring issue. This is concerning as it goes against the purpose of keeping our babies clean and safe. Despite my love for Huggies products, this hygiene issue is intolerable. I hope this situation can be addressed as it's wasteful to discard products due to someone else's oversight.

To Whom It May Concern, I am a loyal customer of Huggies and have been purchasing your products for my nieces and nephews for years. Recently, I had a disappointing experience with a delayed order that I would like to address. My sister was away and needed diapers, so I placed an order for Size 3 and Size 5 Little Movers on February 29, [redacted]. The expected delivery date was March 4, [redacted]. However, the package did not arrive. After contacting customer service, I was directed to UPS for tracking information. UPS informed me that the package had not even been shipped by March 6, [redacted]. My sister is still waiting for the diapers, and the latest update predicts delivery on March 11, [redacted]. I value the Huggies brand but was disappointed by the service received. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. My sister, Bridgette Adams, is the intended recipient. I had an issue with your Huggies brand and reported it. I emailed Huggies company providing proof as requested, but I am still waiting for your response.
