I placed an order at HK Freehold Store on September 6, [redacted], unaware that it would take 14 weeks for delivery. Despite being promised mid-December [redacted], the furniture has not arrived. Communication has been poor, with unhelpful and rude responses when inquiring about the status. The lack of kindness and courtesy is disappointing. Despite previous positive experiences with HK, this has been extremely frustrating. We have received conflicting delivery dates and encountered unprofessional customer service. Urgent action is needed to address this issue promptly. Attempts to escalate the matter to a higher authority have been unsuccessful. I am deeply disappointed with this level of service and the inconvenience it has caused. I hope for a quick resolution and request assistance to ensure a satisfactory outcome. My name is Wendy B. from Monroe Township, NJ. I recently received a defective couch, and my experience trying to resolve the issue has been frustrating. After being misled about receiving a new couch and sold a floor model instead, I felt ignored by the store when seeking assistance. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I was met with avoidance until I phoned from a different number. The manager claimed it was a new couch, which I doubt, as the floor model I was sold had no tags and was unwrapped. The lack of transparency and poor customer service led me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Despite promises of a follow-up, I have not received any calls back as of now. I am considering involving the Attorney General due to the alleged fraudulent practices. All I seek is clarity on the product I purchased and a resolution to either replace the couch as promised or receive a refund. My patience has worn thin, and I am determined to see this matter through. Thank you.

I purchased a sectional couch in January, but when it arrived in July, one piece had incorrect legs, preventing me from setting it up. I just received a new set of legs today, but they are still the wrong height. I've been waiting over 10 months to use the couch in my living room. I am frustrated and seek urgent delivery of the correct low legs or a pickup location. Kelly Field

Hello, I am Marie Gaie-Nau. I purchased the Venice bedroom set from Huffman Koos on 10/21/21. The set was delivered on 12/13/21, but the mirror for the dresser was missing. Despite being initially informed it would arrive in January, I have faced multiple delays with the latest date promised being June 6th, which has now passed. When attempting to address the issue with the Queens store, I was directed to contact Scott Blanchett at [redacted], ext [redacted]. The lack of communication and delays in resolving this matter have left me frustrated. I am hoping that Huffman Koos will fulfill their obligation and deliver the mirror promptly. Thank you.
