I created my new website, 2BOrganized4Life.com, with your help on Sunday night. However, after entering my username and password, I couldn't access my webpage due to password issues. I attempted to reset it without success. I sought help on a WP forum and was advised to contact my host (HostGator) as there might be an HTAccess loop causing this problem. I've been trying to reach them via phone, but the long wait times of 15-35 minutes have been frustrating. The recorded message continuously mentions high call volumes. LiveChat support also seems unavailable.

If I understand correctly, the monthly cost is [redacted] rupees, and the yearly cost is [redacted] rupees. Could you please confirm how much I will be charged each month for hosting 10+ websites under this plan? Am I correct in assuming that the domain names will not incur additional charges and that the total monthly bill will be [redacted] rupees plus tax and any add-ons? Additionally, will there be an extra charge of [redacted] rupees upon renewal? I want to ensure that all my sites will be included in the monthly subscription fee, and I appreciate any clarification you can provide. I have multiple hosted accounts with HostGator, including a dedicated VPS server where I operate all my live consumer-facing apps and products. I am concerned about a recent internal HostGator problem that led to the deletion of several months' worth of backups without any prior notification. On 11/15, an emergency issue was posted in a public forum without HostGator directly contacting me. This resulted in all my apps, websites, and databases being taken offline without my consent, and all backups dating back to August [redacted] were purged without explanation. Despite no recent backups being made, HostGator failed to notify me, causing the loss of a live product called Dividend Ranker. The emergency restore HostGator performed only dated back to 8/18/[redacted], resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of work. HostGator has not apologized, assessed the damage, or offered reimbursement for the lost work and service charges. I seek clarification on the incident, measures taken to prevent its recurrence, and potential reimbursement for our losses.

I have a query regarding my website gpmforextrade.com.au. On my WordPress/Elementor website, the contact page's button seems to default to the email address associated with the account. Could you kindly confirm if [redacted] is the registered email on my account? I suspect that an email account is set up in C-Panel, Hostgator Email, where messages sent from the "contact" page on the website are received. I also added two more email accounts - [redacted] and [redacted] Despite this, none of these accounts appear to be receiving emails from the "contact" buttons on the website. Can you please assist me with understanding why this may be happening?

I recently experienced a major issue with my hard drive, which led me to reinstall Windows 10. Unfortunately, this resulted in the deletion of all my files and passwords, including for my EAC billing account. My username is [redacted], associated with my main account daviddutch.com. Normally, my password is automatically entered when I input my email, allowing me to access CPanel and my emails. However, this is currently inaccessible, preventing me from changing the passwords for my emails such as [redacted] and [redacted] Do you know of any system that can automatically save email passwords? For now, please respond to my wife's emails at [redacted] as they are functional. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Stéphane. A few months ago, my partner purchased a domain and hosting from your company. However, when I try to import my files into the directory through cPanel, nothing happens. The website www.ndulestars.com still displays as a WordPress site, and the WordPress files are not visible in the cPanel directory. It seems like they might exist at a different address. I'm unsure where the real directory is located. Could you please help me understand how to create my site? Is this issue on my end or something else? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with my domain @bergerpaints.co.tz and IP Address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. Our emails are being blocked from sending outside due to our IP being blacklisted. This is the second time we are seeking assistance for this issue. We urgently need help resolving this matter. Previously, a support engineer advised me to scan and clean my network, which has been completed. Kindly assist in removing our IP from the blacklist to rectify this problem on our end.

Dear BH Team, I attempted to transition four domains from HG to BH, only to discover BH did not support one of the extensions necessitated by one of my domains after the transfer process began. Despite my request for a refund and reversal, the registered domain now shows Network Solutions, although I have never had an account with them. The primary concern lies with HG, as I have been a customer since at least [redacted]. Recently, I acquired a domain from HG for my new business, atherapistsguide.com, only to later find out it was unavailable. After futile attempts to obtain the domain, I settled for atherapistsguide.site. However, complications arose during the verification email process, leading to a 60-day hold on changing registrants without prior notice. Despite ongoing efforts for resolution over the past six months, I remain frustrated and distressed. Recent revelations that HG, BH, and NS are all under the same company contradict earlier denials and have added to my dismay.
