Hormel Foods. Corp. Customer Service Issues

Last Friday evening, I prepared a quick 60-second meal for my one-year-old daughter. However, upon removing it from the microwave, I noticed a strange smell. To my horror, upon opening the package, I discovered around [redacted] maggots inside, some even crawling onto my floor. I am extremely upset by this situation. I have taken photos and placed the infested meal in a bag, considering reaching out to the FDA. I am at a loss for how to resolve this matter, but it is truly revolting. Urgent assistance is needed. To whom it may concern, I recently purchased Hormel pork carnitas taco meat. Upon preparing and eating the tacos, I encountered a bone in the meat that almost caused me to choke. I appreciate your product, but I have never faced this issue before. I tried to email a picture of the bone to Hormel Foods but could not locate the appropriate email address. I bought Hormel Beef Tips on 2/5/20 from Safeway in Cortez, CO. I had them for dinner over noodles, a meal I usually enjoy. However, this time, the product tasted strange, not spoiled but with an unpleasant flavor resembling dog smells. Everyone found it inedible. Is there a new recipe for this product?

I struggle with severe dysphagia and have been limited to eating pureed food since [redacted] when I was diagnosed with throat cancer. Despite never using tobacco, radiation treatment damaged my throat. I have lost a significant amount of weight and refuse to rely on a feeding tube. Hormel thick and easy pureed meals provided me relief when I tried them, similar to the hospital meals ordered from Hormel. Due to financial challenges, I now depend on an ebt card and need pureed meals that are ebt eligible. Unfortunately, the available options don't qualify. I lost my job, and as the sole provider for my family of four on disability, I am struggling. I am desperately seeking assistance either through ebt eligibility for pureed meals or through donations. I am open to any suggestions, tips, or organizations that could help alleviate my financial burden. Your support would mean the world to me as I continue this difficult battle at 56 years old.
