Good morning, I am writing to address an issue with my HooToo flash drive. Recently, I have been unable to activate the password feature. Previously, I would set a password from my iPhone, and the files were not readable on a PC without removing the password using the iPhone. However, now even when I set the password through my iPhone, the documents remain accessible from a PC without prompting for a password. Essentially, I am unable to input the password anymore. Good afternoon, I have a Hoo Too 64GB USB 3.0 flash drive. The iPlugmate app stopped working, and I deleted it to download it again. However, I have been unable to find it and now my flash drive is not working. Please let me know which app I can download to continue using it. I hope you can respond and help me solve this issue as it was quite expensive. Thank you. Ana B.
