To Customer Service: I bought your Grenada single blade fan a few months back, and recently the LED light stopped working. I'm disappointed as I rarely use it, and it seems too soon for it to fail. I attempted to remove the old light but couldn't do so because of a special screw attaching it to three screws. Unfortunately, none of the screws in my toolbox fit. I bought a Mercer 52-inch fan (Model #[redacted]) on September 27, [redacted]. I have noticed that the bottom half of the fan motor assembly is not aligned with the top half. This misalignment causes the fan blades to be uneven, with a difference of over an inch when measuring from the ceiling to the tip of each blade. The issue seems to stem from the fan motor assembly, as the motor shaft appears to be angled incorrectly in relation to the housing. This flaw is very noticeable and detracts from the overall quality of the product. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. - R. Anderson

We purchased a 48-inch Vanity cabinet from the Westcourt collection about 7-8 months ago. Due to Covid-19, we were unable to resolve the issue through Home Depot as advised. The model number is [redacted]. While we love how it looks in our bathroom, we have noticed paint chipping off the corners of the cabinet doors and paint coming off when water dripped onto the door while cleaning. We have pictures to show the damage. We are surprised that this happened given that it's a higher-end cabinet. We have tried reaching out to the manufacturer as suggested. We hope to have the 2 damaged doors replaced to avoid having to replace the whole vanity after remodeling the bathroom. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Paula M. and John M. I bought ten HOme Decorators Collection faux wood blinds for my apartment two years ago. Recently, six of the blinds have stopped functioning - the mechanism won't turn, making it impossible to open and close them. In one case, the mechanism fell out completely. I paid $40 each for them, and without the receipt, Home Depot directed me to contact you for assistance. It's frustrating to have spent so much money on blinds that have all stopped working around the same time. I didn't keep the receipt, assuming I wouldn't need it, unlike a similar blind from Lowe's that I bought eight years ago and is still working fine.

I recently bought the "Grace" 72" vanity and unfortunately, the right under-mount sink arrived with a large hairline crack that was visibly patched underneath, causing it to leak. I am requesting a replacement vanity top or, if possible, just a replacement for the damaged sink. Surprisingly, the damaged sink was perfectly packaged, giving the impression it came directly from the factory like that. I reached out to Home Depot customer service last week and provided them with pictures of the issue. They informed me that they are waiting for a response from Home Decorators. It has now been 6 days since I reported the problem.
