I encountered an issue and was redirected by mistake, spending a dollar. I made a purchase of a GE 33" counter depth 18.6 cubic foot refrigerator from Wayfair, arranged for delivery by Home Direct on Tuesday, 8 September post-Labor Day. To proceed with delivery to my location at [redacted] East 21 Street, NY, NY [redacted], my building, the Quaker Ridge Tenants Association, managed by AKAM Associates, needs a certificate of insurance. Please send it to Tom Dedivani at [redacted] or fax to [redacted]. For any inquiries, call him at [redacted], x1103. As a note, deliveries are directed to Third Avenue due to East 21 Street's restricted access. Your prompt attention is appreciated, as AKAM requires the certificate by tomorrow anticipating the Labour Day holiday. Joan Hartman
