Hibbetts has not responded to my emails despite waiting for 10 days. They failed to credit my payment for a return where they sent the wrong item. Additionally, they deducted my $15.00 credit for a canceled transaction, resulting in a total loss of $73.00.
I encountered issues with a $25.00 off $75.00 promo at the Hibbetts store in Troy. Despite attempts to resolve it with customer service, including visiting the store with them on the phone, the cashier was unable to apply the discount. When I tried another store as advised, I was still unable to get the promo, which I believe violates FTC regulations.
If a company advertises a promotion, they should honor it or face penalties, according to FTC regulations. Therefore, I expect Hibbetts to reimburse me and address this situation promptly.

I purchased a pair of black Air Max sneakers which felt great when I tried them on at the store. However, I am now convinced that the shoes I received were switched with rejects by the salesperson. After wearing them for a 12-hour work shift, I came home to find my ankles were bleeding and on fire, unlike my other pairs of Air Max shoes that never caused any issues. I believe the shoes sold to me were not of the same quality. I would like a credit for the amount I paid for these shoes. The customer service at the South Main High Point, NC location has been disappointing, and this experience has been the final straw for me. I visited the store to request a refund for items bought with cash. Initially told to return later due to lack of cash in the register, I could only return one item. The next day, I tried to return the remaining items in the morning, but was once again turned away for the same reason. When I returned later, only the cheapest item was refunded, and I was asked to come back at 5pm due to a lack of cash. The situation repeated the next day with uncertainty about a refund. When requesting to speak with a manager or someone higher, I was told no contact information was available. The treatment received was unprofessional and disrespectful. Experiencing such poor service at Hibbett Sports in Fort Stockton, Texas, has discouraged my return and any recommendations. I simply want my refund and hope for a swift resolution.
