I am from Bikaner, Rajasthan. I purchased an HF Deluxe bike from Rajaram Dhinia Automobiles. I got my bike serviced yesterday but they did not service it properly. I have had four services at the company so far, only one of which was done well. After getting my bike serviced the second time, I had to go to the company at least five or six times before my bike was set properly. My last service was not satisfactory at all. When I called, they said to bring the bike back. If they couldn't service it well the first time, what will they do the second time? Do I have to keep visiting the company daily? I recently got my bike, a new Hero Splendor i3s with IBS, fined on December 13, [redacted]. However, my bike does not have its number yet, and the engine oil is leaking. I haven't taken out any loan, but I keep receiving messages to pay Loan Hero for a two-wheeler loan. I have not acquired a bike on loan in the past four years. Due to a broken leg, I am unable to ride a bike at this time. If there is an active loan, please deactivate it. If not, kindly provide the bike number. I am uncertain which agency the bike is from. It's possible I may have mistakenly clicked on an app or link, but I have not taken a two-wheeler loan. I currently own a Passion Pro bike from [redacted]. After a year, my leg injury made it impossible for me to ride. I trust your team will assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

My name is Ashish Mishra, and I am from Etawah. I own a Hero Splendor iSmart bike, which I got serviced at the Hero service centre Polytechnic Etawah. For the past 6 months, my bike has been leaning towards the left side, and the handle does not balance properly. Even after the service on 19/12/20, the issue with the handle was not fixed. This problem started when I had the headlight and meter repaired in June-July. Before that, I did not face this problem with my bike. Due to this issue, I experience sharp pain in my left wrist, palm, elbow, and shoulder. Please help me resolve this problem promptly.

Hero is my favorite bike company. I bought a Hero Splendor iSmart 5 months ago.
Every time I go to my nearest showroom for servicing, they charge me a high bill.
And even if something is not malfunctioning, they end up replacing it, making it seem like a scam.
God knows how many poor people Goyal Sons Hero showroom employees in Badaun dupe.
And they are tarnishing the reputation of Hero company.
Therefore, I humbly request Sir to take some solid steps on this issue. Save our beloved Hero company from being defamed.

Dear Sir, I own a Hero Passion Pro BS6 bike that was not starting on the self start option. When I took the bike to Shree Shiv Shakti Hero agency, I was informed that the fuel pump was faulty on June 22, [redacted]. They mentioned that I need to replace the fuel pump for cash payment, despite the bike being less than a year old. They also claimed that in the past four services I didn't get engine oil changes, leading to additional parts costing around Rs. [redacted]. Even though I agreed to the repairs, now they are stating that the fuel pump is fine but require Rs. [redacted] for total body parts replacement. The manager quoted Rs. [redacted] for the part. I intend to file a complaint regarding this situation. My bike number is UP15D H2549. I kindly request for prompt and appropriate resolution of this matter. Thank you.

I am facing difficulty in getting my electric bike repaired in Sitapur. The mechanics at Sisodia Auto Deal in Mandsaur are not answering the phone, and my bike has been sitting idle for 4 days. The mechanics seem unprepared and unwilling to help. Adequate arrangements for mechanics should be made in every area before selling bikes to avoid such losses. The market is sending out the wrong message that there are no skilled mechanics for Hero Honda bikes. Please avoid buying Hero electric bikes from Sisodia Auto Deal in Mandsaur. The mechanic, Arjun P., is not responding to calls or providing any solutions. We are feeling inconvenienced for the past 4 days due to the lack of mechanics and tools available. They keep saying they will come in 2 days, then 4 days, which shows their incompetence. Please stop selling Hero electric bikes as you are incapable of providing proper service.
