I'm facing ongoing delivery issues with the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. My complaints go unanswered. Despite contacting twice on Feb. 24, [redacted], to get the missing paper delivered, it didn't arrive on Feb. 25. Despite numerous calls today, the problem persists. Getting incomplete papers, especially on Sundays, is a recurring problem. Sunday editions often lack sections and advertisements. This impacts advertisers significantly. I strongly desire the physical newspaper, not digital versions or credits. I even tipped my delivery person, Anthony C. Jones, in hopes of improvement. As a seasoned journalist holding a journalism degree from Boston University, I find the current customer service exceptionally poor. I'm frustrated and considering a visit to your offices for resolution. - Susan Walsh

We are once again facing the complete incompetence of this organization when it comes to the delivery of our newspaper. It's frustrating to not receive our paper consistently, even though we pay a significant monthly fee for 7-day delivery. Despite our numerous complaints, there has been no resolution or response from the company since we've been loyal customers for decades. The lack of communication and unreliable service is unacceptable. It's time for them to fulfill their commitment to delivering the paper regularly, especially since we pay for the service. A reduction in the subscription price seems justified given the ongoing issues. We expect a valid and competent response addressing these persistent delivery problems and the company's lack of accountability.

I spent hours on August 9 to 11 trying to contact the Sarasota Herald-Tribune because the paper was not delivered for three days straight, and the issue continued. I received Friday's paper, but not today's edition. Despite trying "live chats" and calling multiple times, the problem persists. I am fully paid up, yet the company is scheduled to charge $34+ from my account soon. This customer service experience is extremely disappointing. I prefer reading the physical paper to using my cellphone for news and puzzles. I am frustrated and upset about this ongoing problem. - S. Walsh
