Hefty Brands Customer Service Issues

I purchased an 80-count pack of Hefty tall kitchen bags scented. The initial bags from the roll were intact, but unfortunately, subsequent bags started tearing off the roll and the issue worsened with continued use. I am curious if this tearing problem is common in your larger rolls of bags. I did not retain the receipt as the bags appeared to be in good condition initially. My spouse and I are retired and travel extensively, making it hard to recall where we bought them. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I have always bought Hefty trash bags without any issues. Due to our tight budget and the amount of trash we have, we buy them in bulk. This time, both big boxes of Hefty 39-gallon lawn and leaf bags and tall kitchen bags were all sticky and stuck together upon opening. This has never happened to me before with Hefty products. Despite Walmart advising to contact customer service, I wanted to share this experience in case others encounter the same issue. I should have kept the boxes, but with the store unable to assist once opened, it's frustrating to see money go to waste. Considering switching back to store brands after this.

I recently purchased Hefty Ultra Strong Lavender and Sweet Vanilla 13-gallon kitchen bags to replace my usual black Hefty bags, which I can't recall the exact type of. However, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the new bags. They tear easily and don't hold up to even normal use. When I remove the bags from the trash can, my thumbs can poke right through them. Even non-sharp objects and trash can lids are causing holes. The barcode on the package is 13[redacted]4.
