I recently made an online purchase of a product necessary for a scheduled surgery. Despite not receiving the item, the company's customer service representative's response to my inquiry was extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I had to buy the product from the Surgery Center instead, which defeats the purpose of my original order with Healthy Kin. I was asked to leave a review, and the same representative insisted that I modify it. As a frontline COVID worker, I am keen on speeding up my recovery process to return to work, so being treated in such a manner is both offensive and counterproductive to our common goal. The post office has not located my order, so I believe a refund is in order.
I need to contact Healthy Kin regarding an order issue. When attempting to place an order online, my address was entered incorrectly with my apartment number repeated. As a guest, the site prompted me to create a password which resulted in an error due to extra numbers added to my zip code. Despite trying to rectify this, the website did not allow any changes to be made.
