Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out with a few inquiries regarding some issues. I am Italian and apologize if I am unable to write in my native language. Please bear with me: 1) My activity history appears to be empty. 2) It seems I am being asked to resubscribe and make a payment again to access courses, even though I am already registered with automatic renewal scheduled for the 11th of June. 3) I am unable to locate the expiration date of my contract. 4) I wish to avoid paying twice for the same service. 5) I would like to inquire about the possibility of sharing the app with my wife – having the same contract on two different phones and the ability to use the app simultaneously.
