Hello,
I am Paola Landau, and I am feeling extremely frustrated. I have been attempting to reach your customer service team by phone and have not had any luck getting through. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a cancellation of my order, I have not received any cooperation from your end. I have been polite throughout, but I am no longer interested in the order. Therefore, I kindly request that you cancel my order immediately.
My order was placed by me, Paola Landau, on Saturday, February 6th, shortly after 11 am, and the total charge was $6.09. The order number is [redacted].
I would greatly appreciate it if you could promptly cancel my order and process a refund for me. Your assistance in this matter would be of significant importance to me.
