I recently bought an 8-pack of Hawaiian Punch sugar-free singles from Walmart. Unfortunately, one of the pouches was completely sealed but empty, which was quite disappointing since it was the last one in the pack. I hope the company can improve its manufacturing and quality control processes to prevent similar incidents from happening to others. This would benefit both customers and the company in the long run. If the company would like to make this right, it's up to them. Wishing you all the best and have a nice day.

To whom it may concern,
I recently purchased your Singles to Go variety package with the four flavors and 40 sticks. I am disappointed because after opening the package, I discovered there were only 34 sticks instead of the expected amount. This product is essential for my family as we aim to avoid sugary soft drinks, and these sticks have been a great alternative for us. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this issue as we are on a tight budget and every penny counts.
Thank you,
Timothy J.

After being deployed from [redacted] to [redacted], I have been back home for about 8 months. The water where I was stationed had a disgusting taste, so my family sent me a care package with different drink packets, including some from Hawaiian Punch. I particularly enjoyed the Wild Purple Smash flavor. My mom and girlfriend would buy them in bulk and send them to me and my buddies in the platoon. We all loved the taste.
However, lately, I noticed that the packaging for the drink packets has changed, and unfortunately, so has the taste. It now has a unpleasant aftertaste, making it unenjoyable for me and my friends. I wish the old taste would return. I have continued buying them for myself and my fellow soldiers overseas, but we miss the original flavor. I hope the company can consider going back to the previous recipe. Thank you for reading.
Best regards,

A few weeks ago, I purchased 4 jugs of Hawaiian Punch juice. After my 4-year-old daughter drank some, she experienced stomach pain, followed by diarrhea, vomiting, and cramps. Concerned, we contacted her primary care doctor who advised us to go to the hospital, suspecting COVID-19. Thankfully, the hospital confirmed it wasn't COVID-19 but a foodborne illness, likely from the expired juice my daughter had consumed. Attempting to return the expired products to Kroger, we were informed they couldn't process returns due to COVID-19 and to contact the manufacturer instead. I have pictures and documentation available if needed. The whole ordeal was stressful for our family, and I hope by sharing my experience, this can be prevented in other households.
