I recently ordered new checks from your company, but unfortunately, I have not received them. Even though I paid for tracking, I have not been able to reach anyone to inquire about this issue. I have been billed $10.54 for the checks that were never sent. On a positive note, I did receive the plastic cover and address labels that I ordered at the same time. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my check order since I have already paid to track it? Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for 1 wallet book of checks over the phone and paid for Check Protect/Trackable. I am having trouble tracking my order on the Order Status page of ordermychecks.com as a first-time user. I am also supposed to receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, but since you don't have my email address, how will I receive this information? I have attempted to contact Harland Clarke's customer service numbers without success as the call gets disconnected when I try to speak with someone after pressing zero. I expect to be able to track my order since I paid for trackable service. Could you please advise me on how to track my order if I cannot log in to ordermychecks.com as a first-time user?

I recently ordered a second set of checks from my bank, which should be arriving soon. I noticed an ad for "leather Checkbook Covers" in my original check folder from OrderMyChecks.com. I am interested in purchasing one since I do not have a vehicle to go to the bank in person. I tried calling the number listed on the website for personal accounts twice, but each time after selecting the appropriate option, I was disconnected by the automated system.

I placed an order for checks on Sunday evening, hoping to use my Costco rewards. After realizing I couldn't, I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. I also tried to cancel over the phone, but discovered my bank doesn't accept Harland checks. The automated system prompted me for my routing number and suggested an alternative vendor, but I disconnected the call before being transferred. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a voicemail. I have not received any communication since and I am seeking a refund.

On November 9, [redacted], I placed an order for checks but had not received them by November 25. After speaking with a customer representative, I learned that the checks were mistakenly sent to California instead of North Carolina. The representative mentioned it might take up to a month for the checks to return if the post office sent them back. Due to this delay, I requested a refund of $26, which was agreed upon, with a promise of it appearing in my checking account within 10 to 14 days. However, the refund has not been processed yet, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

I usually order 4 booklets of checks, each containing 20 checks. However, on my last order, I received 2 booklets with 80 checks each, which include duplicates. I wasn't informed about this change beforehand. The 80-check booklets are thick and the checks do not tear out cleanly. I prefer to go back to receiving the 20-check booklets with duplicates. I tried contacting Order My Checks.com but couldn't reach a real person. Could you please notify the check printers of my preference? I purchased checks in early February, but unfortunately, they arrived with my Texas driver's license number missing and my physical address on them. This error makes the 80 checks I bought for nearly $40 unusable. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have only been disconnected or left on hold indefinitely. I have been on the phone for two hours now. After receiving the wrong email address from you, I found a number through GetHuman, which you claimed was unreachable. This has been frustrating. I was charged $40.00 for 80 checks with incorrect information on them, rendering them unusable due to my physical address being wrong. I doubt I will use all 80 checks in my lifetime. I plan on informing my bank about the issues I have encountered and will suggest changing check companies. Previously, you gave me a phone number without an area code, leading me to a finance company when I called. How do you manage to stay in business? I am skeptical that this problem will be resolved, and it appears that you do not care about your business practices.

I have been trying to contact someone at Harlan Clark for over a week now. I received checks with my home address but without my driver's license number or telephone number. This company's communication is disappointing. I will no longer order checks from them. The situation is frustrating as the checks had incorrect information. I placed an order on 3/10 and received a confirmation stating that my delivery estimate is 3/19. The email mentioned that the ship date will be advised by email, but I haven't received this notification. It's now 3/26, and I still haven't received my order. When I called customer service, the automated reply mentioned that my shipment was sent on 3/14 by first class mail and told me to wait. However, when I tried to speak to an assistant, the call was disconnected. I find it unusual that first class mail is taking 12 days.

I received my checks recently. However, I am quite disappointed with the decision to put 40 checks in one book. It doesn't make much sense to have larger books with fewer checks per order, resulting in higher costs. In the past, there were typically 25 checks in a book and [redacted]-[redacted] checks in a box. Now, with 40 checks per book and 80 checks in total, it feels like I am getting less for more money. The changes in the product line are really frustrating. Previously, it was 25 checks, then 24, and now down to only 20 checks. I used to carry my checkbook in my back pocket, but with these new checks, it's too bulky until I use at least 15 checks. While I will use these checks, I am unlikely to order from the same company again. The cost has increased by $11.40 compared to last year, but the number of checks supplied has decreased by 64. This translates to $1.40 per check, which is much higher than the previous .60 cents per double check. After 50 years of writing checks, I have never encountered such a frustrating experience.

I have an account with Wells Fargo, and I order checks through Harland Clarke. I recently reordered checks and changed the design. Previously, I had carbonless copies included in the checks. When I received the new ones, the carbonless copies were missing. I only need the inserts for record-keeping purposes. Is there a way for me to obtain blank carbonless inserts that I can place behind each check for my own copies? No additional printing is necessary, just the blank inserts for copying purposes.
