I purchased the five-piece chicken tender meal, fries, and a strawberry milkshake. I regret to inform you that the chicken tenders were cold and had a lot of gristle, making them inedible. On the contrary, the fries and strawberry shake were excellent. I had to discard the chicken due to its tough and seemingly old exterior, as it appeared to have been left out for some time and was not even warm. This occurred at Hardee's in Dalton on East Walnut Avenue, under check # [redacted], on July 9th at 1:18 pm, totaling $9.41. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Order #[redacted] at Hardee's on Western Ave #[redacted]. This afternoon, I ordered a chicken club sandwich but received a BBQ chicken sandwich at the drive-thru. Already eating curly fries with BBQ, I decided to try the BBQ chicken, but I didn't like it. I went inside to request a replacement sandwich. The manager on duty was rude to me and her staff, making me feel insulted and ridiculed. Her ignorance and unpleasant behavior were uncalled for, tarnishing my view of that location. It upset me, although I understand she may have been stressed due to a recent health issue. Despite her attempts to correct the mistake, it inconvenienced me more than anyone else. I won't be returning to the Western Ave location in Eau Claire, WI, but I did feel bad for her staff. I don't seek compensation; I simply wanted to highlight the manager's poor handling of customer service issues.

On September 4th, around 9:00 AM, I visited Hardee's on Lineberry Blvd. in Mt. Juliet, TN, to get breakfast, which turned out to be a big mistake as usual. The drive-thru was busy, so I went inside and found frustrated customers, complaining about the ongoing poor service. Some had been waiting for at least 15 minutes before leaving. The employees seemed to be arguing, and one customer was even informed that if she wanted a sausage and biscuit, it would be undercooked. It was evident that the place needed significant improvement and a fresh start with new, better-trained employees. The current staff seemed to have issues getting along, except for one long-time employee who was kind and hardworking. It's clear that changes need to be made, including better management and staff that can work well together. Customers, including myself, are considering going elsewhere like McDonald's or Krystal for breakfast due to the consistent problems at this location. It's time for Hardee's to address these issues before it's too late. I have informed others to contact the management about this situation, and I will continue to spread the word until improvements are made.

I witnessed an incident where the general manager physically attacked an employee who had her child with her. The employee approached to discuss her schedule and pick up a paycheck. However, when she tried to go check the schedule, the GM blocked her path, resulting in a physical altercation where the employee and her child were pushed against the wall. The GM justified her actions by claiming that children are not allowed on the premises, despite having her own kids in the lobby. Unfortunately, this is not the first instance of conflict I've observed at the store. On another occasion, two employees, described as a tall thin black male and a tall thin teenage white male, engaged in physical violence in the parking lot.

On December 1, [redacted], I had to call out due to having the flu and a fever of [redacted] degrees. The General Manager, Kim Gunter, threatened my job if I didn't come in, despite having doctor's notes to excuse my absence. When I submitted my papers the following Sunday, my name had been removed from the schedule, causing me emotional distress. A few days later, a shift leader called at 8 am asking where I was and mentioned that my name was back on the schedule for just one day. Working only one day is not enough to make a living, and I feel devastated by the unfair treatment I have received. I have contacted the customer service number twice, but there has been no response.

I had a concerning experience at the Coralville, Iowa location with an employee named Tonya, who is a manager. I believe I was unjustly and discriminatorily refused service by the district manager, Connie. This incident occurred on 12/3/[redacted] when I was threatened and had my order given away by Tonya multiple times. Despite canceling my order, I was randomly denied service after the threats and actions taken by Tonya. I want to highlight that under the federal Civil Rights Act of [redacted], discrimination is prohibited in privately owned places open to the public, including restaurants. I have evidence from the cameras at the location that will support my account of what happened.

I visited your new restaurant in Oakwood, Illinois today (store #[redacted]). I experienced an unfortunate situation. My husband and I, both seniors on a limited income, seldom eat out and received a gift card for Christmas. We decided to have lunch after church. When our total came to $14.38, we tried to use the gift card, but the system was down. The cashier struggled and had to call the manager, who was aware of the issue. I was embarrassed as I had to use money I wouldn't have spent otherwise. There were no signs indicating gift cards weren't accepted, and the cashier seemed unaware of the problem. Now, I must find where to cut back in my budget to cover the unexpected expense of nearly $15. My order #[redacted], Table #64, Time 12:57:24 p.m.

During my visit to Hardees in Jackson, MO on April 26, I experienced unwelcoming service while questioning my lunch bill. Despite having a coupon for a free drink and fries with the purchase of a burger, the cashier, Dee, insisted I pay $12.48 for a fish sandwich and burger. Dee couldn't explain the total, suggesting I pay first and review the receipt later. When I requested to speak with the manager, Joanna, she echoed Dee's response without addressing the inaccuracies. Joanne's dismissive and disrespectful demeanor left me feeling unheard as I tried to explain the overcharge. The manager's refusal to acknowledge the issue and her patronizing tone further escalated the situation. I believe the staff's lack of respect and poor customer service could negatively impact the business. As a former elected official with customer service experience, I expect better treatment. Despite the availability of other dining options in the area, I hope Hardees improves its customer service training to prioritize customer satisfaction. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. - B.N.

I recently had a negative experience with the manager at the Hardee's restaurant in Centralia, IL. Despite already being upset over the loss of a friend, I was treated rudely while trying to order a 1/3 pound cheeseburger. I was attempting to customize my order by specifying no ketchup, lettuce, or pickles. The manager questioned if I wanted it plain and demanded to know exactly what I did want on it. This made ordering difficult as I wasn't sure of the standard ingredients. While other fast-food restaurants typically remove unwanted items from the order screen without issue, this situation was handled poorly by the manager. Though I empathize that she may have also been dealing with personal matters, her behavior was unacceptable. I verified that the young girls at the drive-thru window were not involved in the incident. Unfortunately, there was no satisfactory resolution, and now I can't help but associate rudeness with Hardee's. This experience left me feeling disappointed.

I visited Hardee's on Chapman Hwy in Knoxville, TN this morning with multiple uncut coupons. When I approached the checkout, the associate (who identified as the manager) rudely insisted that I should cut out the coupons myself as she didn't have tools for it. Her demeanor was unpleasant throughout my visit. After expressing my dissatisfaction, she abruptly suggested I go elsewhere for service. Disheartened, my mother and I left and ended up having breakfast at Bojangles. It's important for you to be aware of how this manager is treating customers. After residing in this area for three years, we have never encountered such disrespect. If she retains her position, a change in attitude is necessary for the well-being of your establishment.

This morning, I had a disappointing experience at Hardee's drive-thru. The staff's demeanor was unpleasant - the lady on the speaker and the man at the window were both rude. Upon checking our order, we found a large hash round missing. Even though we paid $50 for a $16.93 meal in cash, the man added the cost of the missing item while giving us change. Getting a receipt was a challenge, and it required the help of three employees to print it. The receipt did not reflect the added hash round purchase. The service was subpar, and we felt undervalued as customers. The store number is [redacted], and the receipt ID is [redacted]57.

My husband and I visited Hardee's on Windsor Spring Rd. in Hephzibah, Georgia yesterday. We stood in line with four others, but no one took our order. While waiting, I noticed a worker with long hair handling food. Her hair was touching the boxes and crossing over the food preparation area, which seemed unsanitary. In my kitchen at the board of education, we are required to wear hairnets to maintain food safety standards. Implementing similar measures would greatly improve the food preparation practices at your establishment.

This is the third time in two months that half of my order has been missing at Hardee's. I work nights and usually stop there on my way home. Despite living 10 miles away, I try to be patient, especially with the long lines, but this is unacceptable. They never provide a receipt, making it hard to address the issue. I suspect the person at the window might be eating part of the orders. I'm frustrated and will no longer give them my business. I wish poorly for their establishment. I will share my negative experience with others. I find it outrageous that they can't get a simple order right. It seems deliberate and happens consistently. Today, I ordered six items but only received four. This recurring problem needs to be addressed. I've had enough disappointment with this place.

I am Penny Doty, residing at 68 Davis Street, Monticello, KY [redacted]. This past Sunday, September 1, [redacted], I visited your establishment. As a Jewish customer, I cannot have cheese on my burgers. Despite mentioning this, the lady at the counter made a mistake and included cheese. Not only did she not apologize but also handled the situation rudely. Moreover, I encountered snooty behavior when requesting fresh roast beef. The overall service was disappointing. Upon reaching home, I found the sandwiches to be awful, with only the roast beef being acceptable. This experience was unacceptable. The manager ought to improve customer relations, as it is essential. My contact number is [redacted]. I used coupon number [redacted], but the value paid is irrelevant compared to the importance of customer service. I seek a prompt resolution to this matter. I refrained from complaining earlier due to the unpleasant interaction. While the lady at the counter was polite, the treatment I received was upsetting. I trust that you will address this issue promptly. Thank you. Penny Doty

I had the worst service ever! Placed an order in the drive-thru for 2 roast beef sandwiches and fries, but got chicken tenders instead. The manager was unprofessional, throwing my wet roast beef sandwiches at me, causing me to throw them away. She also threw my change on the ground during an argument with an employee. I have never experienced such service before. The manager's behavior was unacceptable and the whole situation made me lose my money and appetite. I will never return to that Hardee’s in Lenoir N.C. on Morganton Blvd. The manager needs to improve how the place is run. This experience will be shared on Facebook to warn others. Customers shouldn't tolerate being treated poorly by unprofessional staff who can't handle situations appropriately.

The Hardee's on the west side of Bloomington, Indiana should open at 5:30 am, but every time I visit, it's not until 5:35 am to 5:45 am, which makes me late for work. Despite my love for Hardee's, I end up waiting in the drive-thru for 5 to 10 minutes with no one taking my order, forcing me to leave. Even when I peek inside as I leave, I don't see any staff, although all the lights are on inside and outside the building. The parking lot lights and the sign are off. This inconsistency has been a recurring issue, and if it continues, I might have to consider looking for an alternative breakfast spot, which I'd rather not do.

I recently visited the Hardee’s in Marion, NC to order my all-time favorite sandwich, the Mushroom Swiss Burger, which I have enjoyed for over 20 years without any issues. However, this time, I was extremely disappointed. The sandwich had been altered - the meat was greasy, not the same shape, and lacked the familiar taste I loved. I could only manage one bite before I gave up.
I expressed my frustration to my husband, feeling that Hardee’s had ruined the sandwich I once adored. Graciously, the staff at the counter understood and kindly made me a chicken sandwich instead. Upon further discussion, it became clear that the sandwich had indeed been changed by corporate. I find it hard to comprehend why they would modify a popular sandwich like this; could it be to cut costs? Unfortunately, this experience has made me realize that I will no longer be a customer of Hardee’s, as I will never be able to enjoy my favorite Mushroom Swiss Burger there again.

I'm writing here feeling frustrated and unsure where to turn. Our small town only has one Hardee's, and I'm disappointed by what seems to be an age-related mistake in their hiring process. A close friend and neighbor of mine, Carol Woodhead, applied for the biscuit maker position. Despite her incredible work ethic, the management seems to be hesitant due to her age. Carol is a strong and independent woman who has proven herself in previous kitchen roles, even taking on tasks beyond her job description. She is dedicated, punctual, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's disheartening to see younger, less capable individuals being hired while Carol's application remains unanswered. I've always been a loyal customer of Hardee's, but this situation has me questioning their values. I hope they will reconsider their decision and give Carol the opportunity she deserves. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email below. I appreciate a professional response. Best, K. Myers

My husband and I entered the restaurant at 8:17 am on 11/9/[redacted]. We ordered 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits, a sunrise croissant with hash browns, a loaded breakfast burrito with hash browns, and cold brew coffee. Our total was $15.17. After paying, we received number 45 for our table. While waiting, there was confusion about the availability of cold brew coffee. Another customer asked for money, causing a disturbance with the manager. Our food took nearly an hour to arrive. The croissant was incorrect, and it had to be remade twice. We were very disappointed with the chaotic and unorganized experience. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. The location was Hardee's at [redacted] Lilac Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri [redacted]. The order number was [redacted], cashier was Francis. It was a dine-in experience. I can be reached at [redacted], if you would like more details about what happened.

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a Frisco breakfast sandwich on my way to work. Unfortunately, the sandwich only had ham and bacon with no egg. I mentioned this issue to the cashier during my next visit, and although she apologized, my latest sandwich experience was still disappointing. Today, the Frisco sandwich I bought had minimal ham, and the bread was extremely dried up and hard around the edges, forcing me to remove most of it before eating. Without a receipt, I can't provide the store number, but I believe it was the location at [redacted] Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN [redacted]. I've purchased three sandwiches recently, and only one was satisfactory. I believe the management should be aware of these consistent issues.
