My name is Susanne Badawi, and I reside at Courthouse Square Apartments, [redacted] W. 14th Ave., Apt. [redacted], Denver, CO [redacted]. I am facing mold contamination issues at my location. In a nutshell, I am requesting donations of Happy Socks from Nordstrom Rack to gift to veterans at the hospital in Denver, Colorado. My father, a Navy veteran of World War II who was injured at Iwo Jima, was left paralyzed and received care at a VA hospital. This personal experience has shaped my belief in giving back. I went to your Bluewater store today to find a birthday gift for my boyfriend. Upon entering, the colleague was assisting another customer. However, when he finished, he didn't acknowledge me or offer assistance as usual. When I inquired about an item's price, he barely responded, leading me to believe it was £30. After confirming, he corrected me saying it was 30% off, making it over £50. When I explained my intentions to buy, he mentioned limited sizes and walked away. This kind of service was new to me, and feeling frustrated, I left without making a purchase. I had hoped to buy something as my boyfriend loves the brand, but this experience has deterred me from returning. Thank you for listening.
