I've been waiting on hold for almost two hours to resolve the issue with a student code or welcome code not applying and also to request a price match. When a representative finally answered, named Jen or Jean, I experienced crackling on the line, and she quickly said he couldn't hear me, provided a number to call (too fast), and hung up abruptly. I waited through [redacted] callers for nearly two hours to get the discount applied to my order as it wasn't done online or through email. I also chatted with a representative earlier today to try to resolve the issue. I'm concerned I might have to cancel the order and purchase from another place.

This morning, 10/20/23, I called at 7:30 AM PT to request an exchange for a defective costume. After a 20-minute wait, I spoke with "Helen" who promised a new costume and an email with a return label. However, I have yet to receive the email after 7 hours. Helen didn't provide a confirmation number and assured me it would be in the email. She struggled to read back my shipping address. I am starting to doubt whether any action was taken. I hold again with [redacted] people ahead in the queue. Initially, I wanted an exchange, but if this continues poorly, I will opt for a return instead. Order number [redacted]8.
