HID Global Customer Service Issues

Hello, Greetings from MUSA Technologies Limited. Thank you for your previous email support. We are interested in purchasing the "SVM Software'' from you. Here are some queries we have regarding the purchase: 1. We require support for integrating "SVM Software" with BOSCH BIS Access engine software V4.5. Please advise on the suitable SVM version for this integration. 2. Can we directly purchase the software, license, and required devices from HID? Kindly provide the purchase procedure if direct purchase is possible or guide us accordingly. 3. We seek your assistance in developing a system to communicate with SVM software for data retrieval and uploading (such as name, ID, fingerprint, RFID, etc.). 4. Is it possible to obtain a fingerprint template from SVM to be utilized with the BIS access engine server & software? 5. We plan to buy BIS access engine software from a local dealer in Bangladesh. Any technical advice or queries on this purchase would be appreciated. 6. We need documentation to inform our client that we have support from HID if needed. Can you provide the necessary documents? Kindly share any additional technical queries you may have.
