H & H Bagels Customer Service Issues

I am a regular customer at the store in Moynihan Train Station in NYC. Last night, I ordered my usual - an everything bagel with extra veggie cream cheese, quartered. Two new workers quickly asked me to pay without showing me the process of toasting the bagel, spreading the cream cheese, cutting it, or even bagging it. I was concerned as I witnessed none of these steps. Despite my questions about the manager's availability, no one could address my concerns. I had to pay hastily to catch my train. Upon checking my order on the train, I found the bagel was cold, had barely any cream cheese, and it was the wrong type of cream cheese.
