Grundy Insurance Customer Service Issues

I recently had my car repaired at a repair shop, and unfortunately, I am having some issues with the work done, specifically regarding the windshield wipers. Initially, I asked for just the blades to be replaced, but the technician decided to adjust the whole system under the dashboard, causing the wipers to malfunction. Before the repair, the wipers had two speeds, now they only work when manually held on. Additionally, the wipers collide and get stuck when turned on. Upon picking up my car, I noticed my registration and insurance cards were missing, and the shop denies removing them. I am certain they were in my car before. When I called Grundy and the shop supervisor for help - no solution was offered. I am concerned about the safety of my vehicle and hope for a resolution soon.
