I made a purchase from Grove in late December and was charged $79.09 on January 1, [redacted]. The delivery, handled by UPS, did not reach me as they claimed they couldn't locate my address, which is easily accessible. I was assured I would receive a credit of $79.09 on my next month's statement, but it hasn't been applied yet. I refrained from placing a new order until the credit was issued. I feel I have been patient enough. Kindly process my credit promptly. As a retiree working part-time, falling victim to a scam is distressing. Thank you. Sonja G. [redacted]

I contacted your company last year to unsubscribe in August [redacted]. I paid for my May order, but haven't made any additional purchases since. I've found the products I need at lower prices from HEB and Kroger. My bank statement shows a charge of $21.64 from GROVE COLLABORATIVE on 06/23. This charge seems to be a mistake. Please refund this amount to my card. Thanks, NORMA PEREZ-MADERA. I already sent an email as advised by the chat representative to grove.co/contact, but haven't received a resolution yet.
